I was happy with the service that Ted provided he was very professional. You have a 1 star rating based upon my experience with Brooke in your Service department. She has horrible customer service skills and I still cannot believe that she represents the face of this dealership or this brand in any way. When I initially called and was looking for a sooner date than what was showing online .. her response was that 'we have over 100 appointments a day and 70 of those are oil changes so you will just have to wait' those were her words verbatim. The nerve...if I had known I would be treated like this..I would have never bought my car from this dealer and now I wont be giving any more recommendations. This wasn't the first time I had a bad experience with Brooke it was the second time and that is the only reason why I decided to do the survey.
