It feels like every time I bring my truck in for repair, the service team doesn't want my business. They always have a hard time finding the problems and often seem like they don't want to invest the time to figure things out. This service department is the worst service department I have ever dealt with.

After making an appt for an oil change 2 wks in advance, I arrived at 9 for my 9:30 appt. Young man who greeted me was excellent, took my info, told me Ted Stark would be a few minutes. 30 minutes later Ted finally acknowledged me. Took the necessary info and I went inside to wait 3 hrs and 15 minutes! For an oil change! At the two hour mark I went looking for Ted, since he hasn't checked or updated at all, to be told he had gone to lunch!! He finally appeared to tell me it would be 30 to 45 minutes more. I said, Why do long, I had an appointment, he tells me there is one more before you and they had appt too. So, after another hour and fifteen minutes, Ted comes to tell me my car is ready. No explanation of what was done, needed, nothing. And my paperwork stated I have an oil leak which needed further diagnostics!! I really like your dealership, and have always been impressed with your service. But this visit, not so much! Ted was completely useless in my opinion. I saw other people who came in for the same service after me, and were done and gone way before me. Completely messed my entire day up, and ruined other plans I had.

Was a typical visit. Greeted right away , checked in fairly quickly , everyone was pleasant . the waiting area was clean and well stocked with refreshments and reading material as well as t.v. viewing. My vehicle was ready before the promised time. I can't ask for better service then that !

Jeff Hunt my service rep kept me very informed as to the status of projects and when to expect getting my vehicle back. I knew going in what needed to be done so no extra surprises. Had a brake job, oil change along with replacing a pwr steering pump and hoses. Love how nice the brake pedal feels and rides along with the e-brake. Been a while since they really have been adjusted that well... Good Job Jeff Hunt and Paradise Chevy.
Had problems with our 2017 Volt, similar problems as described in online chatroom and blogs but were told there is nothing wrong with the car and that all it needed was the computer reset. We left not entirely convinced that it will not continue to over-rev and stall/overheat. We will see. A little more empathy given the signifiant number of owners who have also had the same challenges, especially considering a car losing power and stalling for no reason is quite dangerous AND because we bought Certified GM to insure against being blown-off. It might be fixed? However we didn't leave feeling confident.
A couple of the reasons for purchasing my truck and 2 years later our daughter purchased a SUV were the free oil changes and shuttle service to and from work. A very small issue is the dirty windshield after checking windshield wiper spray nozzles. It would be nice to wipe the wind shield down afterwards. Good service and nice people!!
