My service advisor is excellent. I was certain the shifting was having problems, Chris was diligent In learning the specifics of when it was happening. After he and the tech made several attempts to recreate the problem they found it. I didn’t have to plead with anyone for help they just handled it. I was offered a loaner car without question and my car was done when promised. .

First available appointment was 2 weeks when I called; over 8 weeks via the mobile application. Not acceptable. I was able to schedule my other vehicle with it's dealership service for the next day, same service. I noticed other customers were notified their vehicles were completed by the service rep but I received a phone call and not told where to pick up the vehicle. When I purchased my vehicle, which I am very happy with at this time, I informed the salesman I was not impressed with the service department in past encounters, I am still not.
The check-in time needs to be faster. If I come to a 10am appointment, I expect to be checked-in at 10am so my pick-up ride is not waiting around for me. The service itself was good and timely. People were friendly. After collecting my paper-work, I stood outside for 10 minutes waiting for my car to be brought around. These wait times are not good.
I brought my vehicle in because it wasn't running or sounding right. I had to have my transmission replaced and Sean Turner was wonderful throughout the entire process. Sean kept me informed and stayed in touch while I waited for the repairs to be completed. While I understand that Sean was doing his job (and he's always really great), this time I really felt like he went beyond providing the standard service experience and worked really hard to keep me in a loaner vehicle and make sure that I didn't have to stress about the repairs on my vehicle. Thank you SO much.

John Hernandez SOMEHOW got me in & out in about 30 hours with a broken A?C I came in without an appointment, but being over a 100 degrees here, you guys took my truck right away. Couldn't fix it same day, but got me a loner for the night. shuttled me back and forth from my office quickly. I too work the A/C field, so I was VERY grateful. Next day my truck was fixed & all is well
