I had a 10:00 a.m appointment for a oil change. I didn’t receive my vehicle back until 5:00 p.m. The Service Rep Jeff contacted the wrong number and didn’t follow up for confirmation. I had to make arrangements to have my daughter attend a 3:00 medical appointment. It just seems that this certified vehicle has had so many issues since day one of purchase. It continues to have issues that are found at each maintenance appointment. I purchased it with 50k miles and currently has 70k miles. Just so many issues with only 20k miles put on since purchase.
