The service lanes were a zoo. They seemed very disorganized. There were cars with no drivers blocking the Service lanes with space in front of them. No one was outside directing anything. I followed my husband there to pick him up, but there was no where for me to park, adjacent to the service lanes, so I could join him while the car was being dropped off. He has very poor hearing and needed me to handle the drop off for him. I have a suggestion. I would put up signs, similar to handicap signs, in front of three or four of the parking spots in the immediate area of the service lanes. They should say ���10 minute parking for pick up and drop off only���. In all honesty, I���m really not sure I want to go back to your zoo. No complaints about the service, but if it is too hard to check in, it���s still not worth being there. I hope someone will seriously look at this recommendation to make the customers arrival a little more comfortable and inviting.
