The service department is really good, but I had a episode with my 2018 Malibu Hybrid and it was at the dealership for 2 1/2 days and I could not get a loaner car . I am not very happy with that. My car is under warranty and had a computer glitch and to find out that the computer update came out in January of 2018. I purchased the vehicle in March of 2018. Why wasn't updated before I purchased the vehicle? And why couldn't I get a loaner is beyond me.
