Lisa's is the perfect place to grab a dozen donuts for the office or home and treat yourself to a delicious boba tea. Add boba to their Thai iced tea, green tea, or milk tea for the perfect beverage to pair with a glazed donut. You'll also find great bagel-based and croissant-based breakfast sandwiches at this cafe. 5. IC Rainbow IC Rainbow is maybe best known for their Thai rolled ice cream, but they have some pretty tasty boba teas as well. If you're looking for a sweet treat, this is the place to be. Passion fruit green tea, sea salt cheese milk tea, and Taro milk tea are some of the options you can fill with boba.
