If you live in Temecula or visit the area during the fall, you cannot miss seeing Peltzer Pumpkin Farm. Your kids will have a blast at this place, which offers pony rides, a kiddie train, a petting farm, and the cutest mini John Deere Carts. During the winter, the Peltzer ice rink welcomes people of all ages and features 8,400 square feet of skating surface. 5. Pennypickle’s Workshop

Pennypickle’s workshop is the name of the Temecula children’s museum. Here, your kids can discover science in a fun way with activities such as the NASA moon adventure and exhibitions showcasing bees and other pollinators. If you need time for yourself, enroll the kids in the “kids only club,” where they can have fun with science-based activities (the program is very successful, and we recommend pre-registering early to secure a spot). Pennypickle’s workshop is also available for birthday parties.
